Hmmmm...I DID NOT NOTICE THAT BEFORE..!!  
I was watching 2-01 last night, and something struck my eye, or i should really say my ear, the doctor says to Jennifer "Whatever it is now that is making him stay on top.. It’s paid off is the SAME doctor in4-07 that explains to Brian about his testicular procedure. I know logistically that the same doctor wouldn't be in both fields of medicine, and probably cowlip decided there was enough time between episodes that you weren't suppose to notice.. But I did..!

not a real big deal, a money saver probably on cowlips part,but what cowlip failed to realize is that there is a fandom out there that does notice all these little nuances..

His very distinctive Accent Shows it's the same actor both times :)

yes it is, i checked credits to make sure, the actors name is marvin ishmael, but i think cowlip was hoping that we would not notice, because of the time span between episodes.

They often recycled actors for the show. For exaple, the same actor played Sean, Justin's KOB fuck, and Derek, one of Dr Mark's tweaker buddies in S3.

I never noticed the Dr before, though, good catch!!

i knew about the derek thing, even brian corvette's license plate was used on dr dave's jag, but this 1 didnt hit me till the other night,

OMG Red!I watched KOB and the Crystal arc recently and I never made the conection! But I kept thinking to myself, "I know that guy rom that somewhere" and it was driving me nuts I couldn't figure it out! LOL!

I had noticed the doctor thing before though :)

I didn't notice that myself, but I remember seeing a discussion about it on LJ a while ago. Seems like they made a pretty big mess casting doctors....

they do recycle alot of the smaller actors, and im sure that is what cowlip did,just one of those little things that we keep noticing about the show..
