Top Chef..  
So i am sitting watching this season of Top Chef, and one of the contestants  is this guy by the name of Angelo 

Sosa,who  is from a small town in Connecticut, and is the owner and  chef of a restaurant called... and get this 

Xie Xie..!!   omg.!
